Inspiring the next generation of artists and historians is a huge part of the work carried out at Warrington Museum & Art Gallery, and we have a wide range of programmes that can be tailored to suit individual needs.

Workshops take place in the galleries and our dedicated education space, and use our collections, exhibitions and handling objects as their starting point.

Our diverse range of workshops and resources allow learners to respond in a variety of ways, and include creative cross- curricular responses such as art and design, problem-solving and drama games.

We are registered with the ArtsMark Partnership Programme and offer a series of workshops and can advise and help schools on their individual ArtsMark journeys.

Bespoke themed workshops can be created- we’re always happy to welcome new ideas so please get in touch with us if you want to try something we don’t currently offer.

We also have the largest loan collection in the north west. Look on the loans page for all the current themes we can offer your group.
