Come along to this introductory craft session to learn how to do French Knitting and perhaps even develop some new additions to your wardrobe!
During the Second World War, many goods that had been available before the war, were now no longer available due to rationing and a reduction in resources generally-for example ladies’ nylon stockings.
French knitting is a simple craft technique that can be used to make spare wool go further and even transformed into wearable head wear to keep you warm!
2x 1hr sessions: 1pm and 3pm.
All materials provided.
NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
